First, complete the 'SiriusXM for Shop Customer Program' online enrollment form. Once the form has been submitted, you can activate your shop by visiting Gem-Cars FAQ's Page and follow the instructions to securely transmit the VIN and service records to SiriusXM. The program costs your shop nothing! SiriusXM will deliver the benefits of this Program at no cost. SiriusXM will not charge your customer or ask them to provide a credit card. The trial subscription automatically shuts off at the end of the 3 months. Now that's music to your ears.
The customer’s vehicle must be SiriusXM-equipped and/or determined eligible by SiriusXM. All eligible customers with SiriusXM-equipped vehicles will be offered 3-month Trial Subscriptions as a 'Thank You' from your shop! Ineligible customers include those with active or recently active SiriusXM trial subscriptions.
We'll get your Shop set up! You'll be contacted by email to confirm your enrollment. Once active, a welcome package will be sent to your shop with some marketing materials to help promote our partnership. We will notify the eligible customers of their trial subscription on behalf of your shop and SiriusXM. That's it! SiriusXM will take care of all the rest!
Eligible customers who have opted-in to receive an email will receive their trial subscription within a few days after their service visit.
SiriusXM only uses customer data from Shops to activate trial subscriptions to SiriusXM services in eligible vehicles, create trial subscription accounts for customers, deliver SiriusXM services, and communicate with customers about SiriusXM services. SiriusXM will not use customer data for any other purpose. For more information, please visit our Privacy FAQ's.
SiriusXM has implemented security practices and procedures relating to customer data received from Shops that: (i) meet current best industry standards; (ii) comply with applicable data protection laws; and (iii) comply with the ISO 27000, NIST 800-53, and CIS Security Controls. Customers may simply opt-out of future SiriusXM communications by calling SiriusXM Customer Care at 1-877-447-0011, or by going online at siriusxm.com/contactus and following the instructions. In addition, you may elect not to send customer information to SiriusXM for any customer that is not interested in a trial subscription.
